Connect your domain to Nameserver

2 min read

Use the following nameservers to connect your domain to SNBD HOST’s DeltaDNS network. After you update them at your domain registrar, our system will serve DNS for your website, email, and other records.

DeltaDNS Nameservers (Copy & Paste) #

ns1.deltadns.xyz
ns2.deltadns.xyz
ns3.deltadns.xyz

Before you start: Make sure your hosting or service is active in the SNBD HOST Client Area. If you need a domain, you can register a new domain or transfer your domain to SNBD HOST.

Step-by-Step: Update Nameservers at Your Registrar #

  1. Log in to your domain registrar (the place where you bought your domain).
  2. Open the domain’s DNS or Nameservers settings page.
  3. Select Use custom nameservers (or similar).
  4. Enter the three nameservers exactly as shown above:
    • ns1.deltadns.xyz

    • ns2.deltadns.xyz

    • ns3.deltadns.xyz

  5. Save/Apply the changes. Your registrar may send a confirmation email—approve if required.
  6. Wait for DNS propagation (usually 15 minutes to a few hours; may take up to 24–48 hours globally).

What Happens Next? #

Once the nameserver change propagates, your domain will use SNBD HOST’s DeltaDNS. Manage your records (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.) from your product’s DNS panel or by opening a request with our team.

Tips & Troubleshooting #

  • Propagation time: DNS usually updates fast, but some networks cache longer. Give it up to 24–48 hours worldwide.
  • Clear cache: If your domain still shows the old site, clear your browser/OS DNS cache or test from a different network.
  • MX/email records: If you use custom email (e.g., Google Workspace), ensure the correct MX/TXT records exist in your SNBD HOST DNS zone.
  • Typos matter: Nameservers must be exactly: ns1.deltadns.xyz, ns2.deltadns.xyz, ns3.deltadns.xyz.
  • Need assistance? Our team can set this up for you—just submit a ticket.
