How to Open a Support Ticket

1 min read

At SNBD HOST, we understand that sometimes you need quick help with your hosting, domains, or automation services. That’s why we provide a simple support ticket system through the SNBD HOST Client Portal. By opening a ticket, you can connect directly with our technical team and get professional assistance.

Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal #

Go to portal.snbdhost.com/clientarea.php and log in with your email and password. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create an account here.

Step 2: Navigate to Support Tickets #

Once logged in, hover over the Support menu in the top navigation bar. Click on My Support Tickets to view existing tickets, or select Open New Ticket to create a new request.

Step 3: Choose a Department #

When opening a ticket, you will be asked to choose a department, such as:

  • Technical Support – Hosting, server, and domain issues
  • Billing Department – Payments, invoices, and renewals
  • Sales – New services, upgrades, or pre-sales questions

Step 4: Fill in the Ticket Form #

Enter the subject of your issue, describe the problem in detail, and attach screenshots if needed. The more information you provide, the faster our team can resolve your issue. Make sure to select the correct priority level (Low, Medium, or High).

Step 5: Submit Your Ticket #

After completing the form, click Submit Ticket. You will receive a confirmation email and can track the status of your request anytime from My Support Tickets.
