SNBD Host Service Limits and Resources (Beginner’s Guide)

1 min read

When you purchase hosting from SNBD HOST, your account comes with certain limits and resources. These limits are in place to make sure every customer gets a stable and fair hosting environment. If you’re new to hosting, it’s important to understand what these limits mean and how they affect your website.

Disk Space #

Disk space is the storage you get for your website files, images, databases, and emails. Each hosting plan has a fixed amount of storage. Using too much storage can slow down your website or block new uploads, so it’s a good idea to optimize images and remove unused files. We do offer Unlimited Hosting plans but Unlimited Hosting plans don’t come with a Unmetered Disk Space.

Bandwidth #

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data your website can transfer each month. This includes visitors viewing your site, downloads, and uploads. If you run out of bandwidth, your site may temporarily go offline until the next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan.

CPU and RAM #

Every hosting plan is allocated a certain amount of CPU and RAM (memory). These resources help your website run smoothly. If your site uses more resources than your plan allows, you may see errors or slow loading times. For high-traffic websites or heavy applications, upgrading to a higher plan ensures better performance. Most of our Shared Hosting comes with Shared CPU and RAM Usage. For Dedicated RAM you need to purchase a VPS or Dedicated Server.

Inodes #

Inodes are the number of files and folders in your hosting account. Each file (image, script, email) counts as one inode. Hosting plans usually include a limit to keep servers efficient. Keeping your account clean and deleting old files helps you stay within limits.

Email Limits #

Most plans include email hosting, but there are limits to the number of email accounts and the number of emails you can send per hour. This helps prevent spam and keeps the email system secure. We use 50 Emails per Hour both outgoing and incoming so that our system remains clean.

Database Limits #

Each hosting account can create and manage a certain number of databases, depending on the plan. If you’re running multiple websites or applications, check that your plan has enough databases for your needs.

Upgrade Options #

If your website grows and needs more resources, SNBD HOST makes it easy to upgrade. You can move to a larger hosting package or switch to VPS/cloud hosting for more power.
